Hi folks!
Greetings from Spain. During the last months, I experienced a sustained increase in my bp, mainly the lower number. Two weeks ago it achieved an ugly 111/88 (heart rate 95!), on the verge of diastolic hypertension...I started to use the device (I bought it to a british company) and, in this two weeks my bp has steadily dropped. My last three morning readings are about 105/80 (heart rate 78!!!). During the rest of the day, I get about 100/76 (108/84 prior to Resperate), and lower hr. I am so glad about this invention, even in the case it wouldn't work. It is relaxing, closing the eyes, thinking about beautiful things and breathing calmly. At the beginning I was worried about the breath rate (the magic 5 number), but now I just let it go and breath with comfort. Many thanks for this beatiful device (by the way, do you work with any Spanish health care firm? I did not heard about Resperate until I found this forum, thanks God!) All the best. |
