I've been using the resperate device for 3 weeks now, and I use it everyday for 20 minutes. I usually get immediate results after each use, my blood pressure goes down an average of 10 points on both scales, but it won't sustain that the next day.....my average blood pressure is very high, (150/95 and I'm taking medication that is not working, actually the resperate does lower it for a while, but doesn't sustain it....I have great blood quality, as cholesterol is not a problem for me at all, triglicerides are even better! I believe nt problem is job related stress, but can't be sure...

What suggestions can you make?
