I have had high blood pressure most of my life. It has been as hgh as 170/120, which is not good.

I am now 65 years old.

On my last visit to the doctor, I was measured at 112/70.

I am a smart aleck, so I told my doctor, "I have recovered from 'white coat syndrome.'"

Seriously, I have retired from a stressful job and long commute, I grow much of my own food organically, I take several bp meds (though I am gradually reducing them). I engage in regular cardiac and strength exercise. I have lost about 40 pounds in the last four years. I have been married for 43 years.

I have used Resperate now for several years. I have had trouble with using it at times, but I have gotten better over time. I am a very skeptical person. I can't credit my bp improvement to one factor. My approach has been a "kitchen sink" approach of changing everything I can and hoping the end result works, which in my case it has.

This company is responsible in "pushing" many good suggestions for blood pressure control. As far as I can tell, their product has been helpful to me. My advice to you is to follow as many good approaches as you can. Resperate seems to be one of the good approaches.

So there.
