I'm sure that you hear everything when it comes to health issues like High Blood Pressure, but a friend of mine seems rather closed-minded as he tells me that his doctor has told him the High Blood Pressure is caused by hardening of the arteries and that that cannot be reversed. He also tells me that his doctor has prescribed three inexpensive pills for him to take every day and that that has brought his High Blood Pressure under control.

I am happy for him to have his BP under control, but I'm not so sure that his diagnosis, while it might be correct for him personally, is the set case in every situation.

Do you have any comments that you could share with me about this person's statements?

Thank You,

Ken

We know that the older a person gets, the more rigid the blood vessels become. The Resperate is a breathing exercise which allows the muscles around these small blood vessels relax, which dialates the blood vessels, which in turns allows for better blood flow.
