I have used the device exactly twice (yesterday evening and this evening) and I feel so relaxed and calm after using it. Should I use the device once a day or once every other day? Or can I use it twice or even three times per day if I have time? Is there a reason I shouldn't use it too often?

It is recommended that you use RESPeRATE for at least 45 minutes a week in order to achieve results of lowering your blood pressure. Although it is not necessary, there is no harm in using your RESPeRATE more than that! Anyone who uses RESPeRATE knows how relaxing it is. Who doesn't want that!

I'm sure many others have the same question! There is no problem using RESPeRATE if you have normal blood pressure as RESPeRATE "normalizes" blood pressure. In fact, many people enjoy RESPeRATE for its relaxation properties! Just to clarify, for those who are using RESPeRATE AND taking blood pressure medication, blood pressure could drop to below normal levels, because medication can cause BP to go below normal levels.

And now to pregnancy... congratulations! There is a lot of interest in RESPeRATE for pregnant woman and certainly there are pregnant woman who are using RESPeRATE. At this time, none of our studies have included pregnant woman (It's always best in clinical studies to have as homogeneous a population as possible), so we advise to consult with your doctor before starting to use it.

Are there any pregnant RESPeRATE users out there that can share their experience?

The minimum requirement is 45 minutes of therapeutic time per week, which can be achieved with 3-4 sessions per week. As long as you are using it properly, there is no harm in using it daily, or even twice a day! My only recommendation is to fit it into some type of a routine. We don't want you to get burned out!!
