I have been using resperate for the past 5 weeks, and my final breathing rate is 4.9 to 5.1. Is this normal because recommended range is 5-10 BPM.
My therapeutic mins 12, Initial Breathing 14, Final Breathing 4.9, Syncronization 97% and Breath Detection 98%.

Thanks, teepee

Most people are comfortable between 6-8 BPM. If you can get below 5BPM without effort and are not seeing an increase in your blood pressure, then stick with what works!
