I will have my Resperate 8 weeks on Wednesday. Today I had a doctor's appointment and naturally I was nervous. I have been suffering from "white coat" for 5 years. The nurse rushed me in before I had a chance to "get nervous", but as soon as I stepped on the scale I could feel my pressure going up. When she took my pressure it was 144/100 and she was pleasantly surprised. At the last visit it was 160/100 and previously 200/100. I now have 5 months until I go again and am looking forward to a further reduction, especially on the diastolic.
