What is the main difference between Tylenol and Advil? I personally find Advil more effective on pain and inflammation personally, but definitely do not want an increase in blood pressure from using it. What effect does aspirin have and is that preferrable to either Advil or Tylenol for joint aches and pain related to inflammation?
