This thing really works for me. The best $300 bucks I've ever spent!
I've been taking before and after readings. My blood pressure has certainly stabilized but I'm thinking of calling my doctor because my heartrate is way down a well and I'm concerned and the doctor may want to adjust my medication to a lower dosage. Incidently, my readings before starting resperate were stuck in the 138/95-148/100 range.

Lately my bp reading is normal before I use the Resperate and the same after I'm done. I use it twice a day, when I get home from work and at bedtime. When I'm done, I just put my Resperate in a box then roll over and get a good nights sleep waking up feeling refreshed. I'm also a lot calmer during the day and that's a good thing. I believe I mentioned most of my problems are due to stress and I tend to hyperventilate when stressed. The Resperate calms me right down. If I knew years ago what I know now, I would have bought the Resperate before I had the high blood pressure but the Resperate didn't exist in 1996 or did it?

Better late than never! The RESPeRATE wasn't available until 2000. It was cleared by the FDA in 2002, which was when we began selling it over the counter. You should check out the history and the developement of the RESPeRATE and our company, InterCure. http://www.intercure.com/
