I've read some other posts here that mention a dose-response relationship between usage and BP lowering results, so I'm wondering if it's possible to accelerate the process by daily usage. If it's the cumulative effective exercise time that does the trick, then doesn't it make sense that one might get the same results from six days/week practice at approximately four weeks, vs. three days/week at approximately eight weeks?
Thanks, Ellen |

Dear Ellen,
This is a very interesting question. You are right that logically it makes sense, considering that we have validated a dose-response with increased accumulation of therapeutic time. Increased use should accelerate BP reduction; however, reality may be more complex! We do not currently have data from our studies analyzed to determine this effect. In any case, daily use is recommended -- and always with effortless breathing! We would be happy to learn from your experience and the experience of other users related to this topic -- please post!
