Apparently taking a stock of celery per day is suppose to really improve blood pressure.

I heard this , too, along with taking Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.
So, I got out my juicer & Juiced a whole big bunch of celery, some carrots & a few apples(for taste).

I drink a glass of this with 2 TBLSP. Organic Apple Cider Vinegar added, twice a day.
This is only my 5th day doing it, and my blood pressure has been going DOWN each day - from around 148-152/92 to 133/81!

I am delighted, as it is said that results take 2 weeks to show up. Plus, Apple Cider Vinegar has a zillion other health benefits, like helping with weight loss & calcium buildup.

The juice & ACV "cocktail" actually tastes good, too!

I should mention that I have been taking a diuretic for 3 months, with very little effect. So, my doctor now wants me to take a "real" BP med as well. I am hoping that, if my BP continues to go down, in 2 more weeks, I won't need to.

Anyone else had any experience with celery or ACV?
