I have ordered the device for my mom. Since she is not very technically inclined, I would like to read all the instructions and try the device myself a few times before I show her how to use it.
Is there any way I can reset the device after I use it so that when she starts using it she can have her own stats ? |

We typically deter anyone from resetting their device because it wipes the memory of vital statistical data. With this said, if it is insited upon, please call our customer service dept at: 1-877-988-9388, M-F, 9am-6pm EST.
