I've been using Resperate for over 6 months and feel I have mastered the breathing pretty well now.
There's just one question though. Synchronisation is very poor for me. For example I can be going along fine at 7 bpm. My breathing stays the same but the machine suddenly starts speeding up and gives a reading of say 15 bpm and will not go back to anything like the original reading.
Do you have any suggestions?

We often see this occur when a person is far into their session and in that state where they are about to fall asleep and then suddenly jerk or make a quick movement or come out of that stage. If this happens often then try changing the time of day you use it.
