can anhone tell me if the inhale should be a big deep breath or just a gentle inhale? I seem to be concentrating so hard on taking a deep enough breath to keep time with the tones that I think perhaps I am negating what resperate is trying to do. My diastolic pressure has come down to generally below 80 but systolic is high at 145+ Could too much effort inhaling be the problem?
