I use Resperate for about 10 days, my initial BPM is about 10 - 11
after 3 uses, my final BPM now gows down to 4.4 BPM
Is this okay......????
Bloodpressure is still high
Please let me know your opinion

Most people are comfortable at 6-8 BPM. The lower the breathing rate, the more pronounced the prolonged exhalation becomes. If you are comfortably keeping up with the tones then this is fine. If you, however, find yourself inhaling before the exhale tone is complete, then it means the breathing rate is too low.
Comfort is key!
Breathe Easy!
