ok, so here are the specifications (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
Male, 29yrs old, ever since i can remember (18-23) the BP was always on the top side of 120/80 then 3 yrs ago, lost job, panic, moving job, house, town etc. . . and ended myself in hospital the only thing that to come out of it was that i had primary hypertention. . (the type where nothing is causing it) think its primary, and secondary is if there is an underlining cause. anyway, im the primary. . BP, highest i seen in hospital 3 yrs ago, was 178/110.. . lol. . so, started on istin, every side affect you could think of. . and done nothing for the BP, it just stayed around 140/90. dumped the istin within 2 months and started on anetanol, (excuse spelling) this tablet worked, brought the house down never mind the BP, pulse rate , the lot. . . . but started to have extreme skiping heart beat , , shock when u dont know what its like at first, but its very annoying. . so took it on myself to dump this tablet. . 6 months passed, and i got myself a new doctor in the new town i moved to . . we put on a 24 hr monitor and took home readings for a while. . . average readings with no medication was max 145/95 to min 125/84 . . . so , she started me on 40mg of diovan. very few side affects, sleep disruption maybe for a while. . . . BP came down a bit, maybe averaging 128/85. . . but was not going below the 120/80. the specialist in the hospital that i was referred to 3 yrs ago has carried out i think all tests and he told me it was primary high BP. and 4 weeks ago up the medication to 80mg. since then i started wakening every morning at 4-5am and not able to fall back to sleep, 14 days into the medication i started developing pain in and around the heart area and on my left arm. . . the BP has again fallen to around 115/76. but dont like the meds, worried what they might do for me longterm. . I have just started to build my own home with my wife, and now that the life insurance company is cashing in on someone like me, it bothers me. I dont want to be a risk. . Question: How does someone like me fit in with this Resperate machine.. . how and when do i give the meds up? feel free to ask questions, ill be checking back. . ps. . . I just feel like i need to work on my BP, I will admitt, i am a thinker, worrior, ( stressed) wound up, not all the time, but more than your average Joe. help. . |

Hi, I would suggest that you take a look at this list:
http://forum.resperate.com/power-blood-pressure-lowering-list-t680.html I also recommend that you give Resperate a try, if you haven't already. Regarding your question about meds, that is up to you and your Doctor. Cheers! |

pipabix, how are you doing?
I think resperate could really help you. Have you tried it yet? The secret is to really give in to it -- use it every day and relax into it. If you feel your shoulders dropping into place where nature intended them (not up around your ear!) you know you're doing it right. Angel |

Hi pipibix:
I just read your report about your ongoing problems with your blood pressure and I could sense the anxiety and fear in your words. I could have written your comments two years ago. It sounds like you are a very anxious person, perhaps a Type A personality. I know because I am one myself. Any way, to make a long story short, I chose not to take any medication but to start on the Resperate program. Believe me, it works and I can't tell you enough good things about it. I have always been a Type A personality and I go from calm to instant "insanity" (well, not really) but I do over-react to lots of petty stuff. My doctor was very close to putting me on a medication but then I found out about Resperate. Thank goodness. I have been using Resperate for about two years (twice a day) and it even goes with me in my carry-on on vacations. I will never be without it. I also try to take very good care of myself by watching what I eat, working out at the gym and lots of vitamins. I hope some day to get to meet the man or men who got the idea behind Resperate. They deserve the Nobel Prize for medicine in my estimation. |

Hi,
I would like to share an opportunity that might change a stroke patient like your husband. My aunt takes care of a 55yr old stroke patient. Now I’m aware, from my aunt, that if one stops taking their high blood pressure medication it will lead to stroke. Continuing on, this stroke patient is hemiplegia on his right side for about a year. Well, when my aunt found out about LW Patches the stroke patient insisted he try them. He has gone through physical therapy and taking medications after medications still his recovery is not excelling. He is not able to speak correctly or/and is not able to go to the bathroom by himself. He feels helpless & hopeless. To make the long story short, he has been using the LW Patches for a month and is experiencing improvement. He’s able to move his fingers!! I have heard many incredible stories about them and have been personally using them on my 70yrs old diabetic father of 15yrs. My dad has leg cramps due to bad circulation on his leg but since he has been using them for only 2 weeks and he’s already experiencing dramatic improvements! ….NO MORE leg cramps. If you’re looking for a new alternative medicine, then THIS IS IT, ya’ll !! I’m excited about the product just talking about it. Contact me lnoh26@hotmail.com if you’re serious about making a life changing experience or/and need more information on how the stroke patient has utilized the patches on his acupuncture meridian points. Godbless. |
