(IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) I have been using Resperate for about 3 months. At 30 days, my blood pressure, which was averaging 156/96, had gone down to 132/77. I was ecstatic! Then I had a about 1 week when I was not as consistent, although probably 3 times per week, and it went back up. Now I have been using it for 15 min/day almost every day, at least 6 days out of 7, for 6 weeks, and it has not gone back down. I was using it at night and some days I have restless leg syndrome and was not completely relaxed, and I just relaxed as much as I could. I am now trying to do it in my car at work mid-day to avoid the restless legs. Are there some people who must use it every day? I get side effects from everything so more meds are not the answer. Any suggestions?

Hmm, I guess I would recommend the obvious, like more exercise, salt reduction, and take a look at ccc3 blood pressure lowering list on this forum.
I use my Resperate twice per day during the weekday, during the most stressful part of my day. So whenever your BP is highest, use it then, and one other time per day, if possible. Just a thought. I hope things work out for you! |
