I have been on blood pressure medications, norvace and hydrochlothazide, (not sure about the spellings) for more than 10 years. I am 47. However, most of the time my blood pressure have remained high, sometimes going as high as 160/101. The lowest has been 140/90. I went to my doctor and showed him the literature on Resperate, but he said he has never heard of it. I am considering using Resperate in addition to the medications. Any advice? My cholesterol is normal. My weight is 180lbs and l am 5.6ft tall. Could my weight be the cause? I am a African male? Any help?
