This article found that aspirin at night lowers blood pressure but not during the day. It also raises the possibility that many blood pressure medications might be better at night. |

My blood pressure will be around 155/99 during the day and in the morning but at night is around 155/126!
I don't know why the top number is that called systolic is pretty consistenet but the bottom number Diastolic? is always high and fluctuates alot. I read and ALOT of people have higher blood pressure at night for us it is better to take it in the late evening and give it a chance to keep the BP down at night. |
