I ijust got my machine 3 days ago. I was trying to use the machine and was getting higher readings than I should. Additionallyl, my arm started to feel like it was all tingly and numb while I was using the machine. I read that I was concentrating too much and that I was starting at too low of a BPM because I was concentrating before breathing. So I have started to breath normal at the beginning and tried not to concentrate too much. THe BP is not going donw after the session and is going up slightly. I did not know if it would help to figure out what I am doing wrong if my arms got tingly and started to feel weird. I am getting down to 5BPM and the first time it was even lower!!

I also just got my machine yesterday. All went well yesterday and my blood pressure
was a nice 122/77 after use. Today, however, I also had some tingling in my hands
and arms and my blood pressure went up after use. I must be doing something
wrong today. Perhaps I am trying too hard.

I really hope that I can get Resperate to work for me. I am very sensitive to medications
and their side effects. But today I must have done something wrong as my blood
pressure went up after the session.

I think that you have unreasonable expectations regarding the lowering of your blood pressure after using RESPeRATE for a few days. It will take weeks before you can begin to see the positive impact of this therapy.

I don't check my BP after using RESPeRATE, knowing that the effect should be much longer term than the moments following it's usage. I use RESPeRATE at 10-11PM. I check my BP between 11AM and 1PM. AND IT"S IMPACT IS TRULY AMAZING!
