Dear All
Are there any other users of this device in their twenties? I am 29 and would be interested to chat with others with higher BP, who are a similar age to me! regards TP |

Hi, TP,
Guess not. Do you really have high BP or white coat syndrome? They are night and day. Angel |

Hi, I'm candy, and I use this machine, My BP is high but I think it has something to do with my heart. I'm 28 btw and when I use this machine, I find that I don't seem to have enough air to keep up with it. Is that your problem? We both have the feeling that we are hyperventilating

Hey there! I am 29 and started getting high readings about 1 1/2 years ago. I never noticed any problems and all of a sudden my BP was 160/98 and even 180/101 one time. I'm about 40 lbs overweight, but have made alot of life style changes (including quitting smoking last year). It's still high...sometimes it will be lower (130/82) for a few weeks then it goes right back up again. I do have high blood pressure in the family, but they are all overweight so I really want to try to take care of things without medication. I'm going to give it 100% to lose weight and use the Resperate, and hope for the best. I have anxiety issues which I think contribute. I scared myself so much reading about HBP that now I freak out as soon as I hear the cuff start to inflate....I know, wack job!
