I have continued with twice a day sessiosns now for some 10 weeks and my bp falls dramatically after use. However, the fall in bp is not sustained and a few hours later the bp is showing high. How long should it take for the bp to show a sustained reduction?

Dear Robin,
I've checked with Dr Gavish who is a small blood vessel physiologist. What he is stating is that for some people it may take even 3-4 months. In case you measure BP at home (3 readings and average the last 2 readings) and do not see any change prior to the exercise it is not unlikely that your blood pressure is caused by a factor that the device cannot cope with. Incidently, we were wondering if you could keep an excel sheet of your BP readings so we can further analyze its pattern over time? Regards, Marguerite |
